Tom Huseby,  Chairman of the Board

In 1997 Tom formed SeaPoint Ventures. Prior to forming SeaPoint Ventures, Tom co-founded and was the first CEO of Metawave Communications Corporation, a manufacturer of cellular infrastructure equipment. Before Metawave, he was the first president and CEO of Innova Corporation, a manufacturer of digital millimeter wave radios. Tom spent the first seventeen years of his career at Raychem Corporation where he held a variety of executive positions in Europe, South America and the U.S. His last position at Raychem was Group Vice President of the Industrial Products Group.

Tom is currently Chairman of the Board of Ontela Inc., SNAPin Software and Zumobi, Inc. and is also a board member of Kineto Wireless and Mojix. He is ex-chairman and currently a board member for Airspan Networks, Hubspan, Modiv Media and SinglePoint. He is past chairman of Qpass, Telecom Transport Management and a board member of Tegic and Trumba Corporation. In addition to his duties at SeaPoint Ventures, Tom serves as venture/strategic partner at Oak Investment Partners, Hunt Ventures and Voyager Capital.

Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a BSIE from Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford University.



Robert Lewis,  President & Chief Executive Officer

Bob brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications industry to the SNAPin team. Prior to joining SNAPin, Bob was the SVP, International Joint Venture Operations for AT&T Wireless, where he managed the global M&A efforts as well as $3+ billion in minority equity investments. During his tenure at McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless, Bob led the business development and implementation efforts across three continents.

Bob sat on the board, as a director, of six international joint venture mobile operators, including acting as non-executive chairman for two of the ventures. In this role Bob participated in acquisitions and public offerings, conducted CEO searches, and chaired compensation and audit committees.

Bob started his career at Xerox Corporation holding various general management, sales management, and sales positions.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington.



Brian Roundtree,  Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Brian founded SNAPin Software, a venture funded start-up in 2003. Prior to starting SNAPin, Brian founded Action Engine, a company that helped define the on-device portal space. In 2000, Brian was named a Computerworld Smithsonian laureate for Action Engine's unique user interface technology, which he developed, and has been successfully deployed with some of the world's largest mobile operators.

Previously, Brian was the Advanced Technology Director for CIBA (now Novartis), where he played a key role in inventing and designing new automated manufacturing processes.

Brian's two passions in life are computers and aircrafts. As Brian approached his twenties, he was introduced to the composite industry by legendary entrepreneur William Lear, who developed the Learjet. During his time at Gates Lear Corporation, Brian was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on the LearFan aircraft, the world's first inexpensive, mass produced aircraft.

Brian began attending the University of Southern California at the age of fifteen, where he studied both business and physics. While at USC Brian won both scientific awards from the National Science Foundation for his research in super-conductors and business achievement awards for his entrepreneurial activities.



Eileen McCormack, Acting Chief Financial Officer

Eileen brings over 25 years of financial, accounting and operations management experience to SNAPin. As the Director of Finance, she is responsible for the company’s accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis as well as human resources and legal.

Prior to her work at SNAPin, Eileen served as a senior executive at several cable and wireless technology companies including Western Wireless, T-Mobile and Northland Cable Television. She has proven experience in accounting operations, policy and procedure design and implementation, budgeting, financial reporting, banking relationships, system set-up and conversions, and human resources.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (B.A.B.A) in Accounting from the University of Washington and holds a certified public accountant certificate from the state of Washington.



Hope Schoenbacher, Vice President - Delivery

Hope brings over 14 years of experience in the wireless industry to the SNAPin team. Prior to joining SNAPin, Hope was a consultant focused on planning and implementing programs targeted to the mobile operators that dramatically improved the customer experience and the company bottom line.

Before becoming a consultant Hope spent 5 years at Western Wireless. As Executive Director, Customer Experience & Retention for Western Wireless, she developed the customer segmentation, direct marketing, customer lifecycle management and customer retention. These programs impacted more than 1.3M customers and resulted in 150% increase in customer renewals, resulting in over $12 million in increased revenue annually. Prior to this role, Hope was the Director, Customers Systems in the IT organization. In this role Hope had full production and application development responsibilities.

Prior to working at Western Wireless, Hope spent 8 years at Verizon Wireless in a variety of leadership roles focused on implementing customer facing technologies. Serving as the Associate Director for CRM - Front End Systems group she led the regional teams through the development of the CRM roadmap for front-end systems including Credit & Collections, Point of Sale, Activations and Trouble ticketing, which was utilized by more than 16,000 employees across the sales and customer contact organization.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Hamilton College located in Clinton, NY. Hope also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Western Wireless.



Jason Choy,  Managing Director EMEA

Jason brings over 14 years of extensive mobile industry knowledge, as well as sales management and business development experience to SNAPin. During his time at SNAPin, Jason has taken the company to market in Europe and acquired new customers including major wireless operators such as Vodafone, Orange, KPN, and BT. Jason is responsible for the sales, alignment, synergy, and operation of SNAPin in the EMEA region.

Most recently, Jason was at IMG (acquired by Verizon) where he led the business development efforts and was responsible for the company's entry into the mobile, telecom and broadcast markets, which included successful implementations for some of Europe's largest and most innovative telecoms operators. Prior to that, Jason was VP of Business Development at DMDsecure, and Director of Sales at Storm Telecommunications.

Jason is also a qualified commercial pilot and lives with his wife and two children in Richmond, London, UK.



Bruce James, Sr. Director Business Development, Americas

Bruce brings over 15 years of sales and management experience to SNAPin and is responsible for SNAPin’s Business Development effort. In this role Bruce is responsible for account strategy and account management for mobile operators, device manufacturers and business development partners in the Americas.

Before joining SNAPin, Bruce was the VP of Business Development at WDS Global, where he played a vital role in defining the company strategy to provide professional services to customers such as Verizon, Cingular, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint. During Bruce’s tenure at WDS, he grew the customer base from 1 to 20 operator customers, representing over 90% of the subscriber base in North America. He was also instrumental in solidifying deals with over 90% of the worldwide handset market including Nokia and Motorola.

Prior to WDS Global, Bruce held key positions in both software and the consulting industry driving growth at Visio (now a division of Microsoft), Talisma, (a rapidly growing CRM vendor) and Robert Half (a recruiting and consultancy firm).



Linda Beinikis, SR. Director, Engineering Devices

Linda brings over 10 years of technology innovation, senior software development leadership and technology management to SNAPin. In her role, Linda is responsible for providing the strategic direction of all porting activities related to SNAPin’s SelfService software product suite. During her time at SNAPin, Linda has built porting relationships with handset manufacturers who represent 90% of the worldwide market.

Prior to SNAPin, Linda worked on the client team as a software engineer at Action Engine, where she helped integrate the company’s framework and utilities on Windows Mobile based devices, which shipped to a number of Tier-1 European operators including O2 and Orange.

Linda holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook. Linda also holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
