Technical Program Manager, Applications

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a background in development in a web or mobile device environment, have experience creating project plans, and be able to work effectively with people across the entire organization and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create project plans and milestones for development projects
- Create technical specifications documentation for use in development and test
- Coordinate milestones and testing plans with the test team
- Assist in resolving blocking issues for developers
- Work with other project teams to coordinate dependencies between teams
- Assist in interviewing and hiring process within applications, as well as new employee training
- Provide technical training to other departments within the company
Position Requirements
- 2+ years experience in development in web development, Java or C/C++
- Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, a team player, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passionate about technology
Useful Experience:
- Telecommunications/wireless industry experience
- Usability studies
